Fully Managed Service – 50% of the first months rent, Minimum fee of £425.00

Monthly management fee 10-12% (no VAT to pay)

Work and service arrangement for repairs and maintenance £15 admin on top of the contractor’s price. This fee is charged for time spent arranging quotes and organising repairs between the contractor and tenant/s

Care-taking services (visiting and checking the premises during void periods and non-void periods) are charged per visit, with a fee of £45.00 per hour

Serve a Section 21 notice to gain your property back . This notice will include a telephone call, email and hand delivered notice to the property £95.00

Administration charge to start a DPS claim on behalf of the Landlord. (Minimum Charge of £40.00 incl VAT) Further charges are subject to the severity of the dispute.
